Automatic bounces management

There is an analytical and well-structured system available in order to mark bounces in two principal categories. They are enough for complete management.

Automatic cleaning of hard bounces

If a user is marked as hard bounces, it means that his sending cycle has been definitely closed. 4Dem eliminates contact from the mailing list in order to avoid empty sending and manage your reputation as best as we can. Everything is managed automatically. No more unrequested emails and not active mailboxes.

What does “bounces” mean?

Hard Bounces:

They are emails bounced off that identify non-active or cancelled mailbox impossible to reach by email.

Soft Bounces:

Message that returns back due to temporarily not reachable mailbox (other examples: temporary problems of entrance server etc.). There are also transient bounces in this category.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND UNSUBSCRIPTIONS

Unsubscription automatic management from email client

When a user clicks on the button “unsubscribe me” available on his email client, it will produce an intelligent action on 4Dem. The system will immediately remove the emails address avoiding further sending.

Custom list management

You can decide on professional software behaviour for 4Dem email marketing by means of setup options on the contact list. It shall be possible to personalise each subscription and cancellation behaviour according to clients’ needs.

Your local or global blacklist or suppression list
