There is dedicated technical support available for you via email.

SERVICE IS FREE OF CHARGE AND UNLIMITED.

During starting phase, phone assistance is available together with constant technic and commercial support. Our personnel replies during normal work hours and support service (email, phone depending on chosen level) is regulated by relative SLA (Service Level Agreement).

IN THE LAST 5 YEARS, WE HAVE REPLIED TO YOUR TICKETS WITHIN 30 MINUTES.

In the last 5 years we have replied to tickets in work hours within 30 minutes compared with 6 hour in the SLA. This is because we want our clients to have a premium support included in price.
We propose three support levels ant technical assistance.

Assistance and support via ticket (email) FREE OF CHARGE!!

It is possible to open request for intervention through filling an appropriate form in available at our dedicated support centre. The request will be elaborated within a few minutes and it is related to functioning of platform but it is not related to topics like deliverability, compatibility with html code, composition of emails and efficiency of communication.

The service is available in work hours: from Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 13.00 and 14.00-18.00.

The support is regulated by relevant SLA (Service Level Agreement) within which our staff replies free of charge. Within 6 hours support will be accepted and it will be elaborated within 18 work hours from acceptance.

Phone support service

Paid telephone support service regarding functioning of 4Dem is available.

The phone call will be elaborated within a few minutes and it is related to functioning of platform but it is not related to topics like deliverability, compatibility with html code, composition of emails and efficiency of communication.

The service is available in work hours: from Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 13.00 and 14.00-18.00.

Support and consulting

Our technical department together with our communication expert evaluate messages and set them up in order to make them available afterwards. The support and consultancy are paid telephone services and either functioning of 4Dem console or predisposition at communication level of campaign are included.

Operation of the service and consultancy is very simple. Our staff proceeds with analyses of message from technical point of view (spam, anstispam and deliverability) and from communication point of view after having received client’s message in copy.

Relevant improvements to be done are communicated and they are elaborated immediately by whom develops campaign.

Drafting reports, editing images and sending messages are not included in the support at all levels.
